Welcome to Worners Schloss Wellnesshotel & Restaurant, a hidden gem nestled in the charming Neuses am Sand. This exquisite restaurant promises an unforgettable dining experience anchored by its dedication to locally sourced ingredients and authentic Frankish cuisine.

The menu is a celebration of flavors, featuring an array of dishes that cater to every palate. Start your culinary journey with the Karamellisierter Ziegenkäse an Salatbukett, where caramelized goat cheese meets a fresh salad bouquet—a perfect harmony of sweet and savory for just €12.80. For something lighter yet equally delightful, indulge in the Bärlauchsüppchen, a seasonal wild garlic soup that’s vegan-friendly, priced at €7.90. And for a dish that sings of luxury, the Carpaccio vom Thunfisch oder Rind at €12.80 beckons with its tender slices draped over a vibrant salad.

As you explore the main courses, the star of the show is undoubtedly the Duett von Lamm und Wildbratwurst, served with a luscious potato-sellerie puree and fresh salad at €24.90. The delicate notes of the lamb, perfectly combined with the robust flavors of the wild sausage, offer a taste explosion that will have you dreaming of this meal long after it’s gone. If you’re seeking something a bit heartier, the Lammkeule, cooked to rosy perfection and accompanied by potato cakes and seasonal vegetables, is an epitome of comfort food for €33.90.

The dining atmosphere at Worners Schloss is as inviting as the food itself. Picture yourself surrounded by elegant decor, soft ambient lighting, and the gentle hum of conversation. The restaurant’s thoughtful layout and attentive service create a warm, inviting space that encourages leisurely dining and meaningful connections.

Don’t forget to save room for dessert! While the menu doesn't list sweet ending options, the chefs are always eager to recommend the chef’s specials. The infrared cabin, steam shower, and sauna were just what my body and soul needed. To top it off, the massage was nothing short of heavenly. The room was ethereal, facing a vast, peaceful field...I awoke to birds chirping and gentle sunlight. A walk in the evening as the sun set and mist rose off the fields felt like 1668. Dinner --the spargel soup was the best I've ever had, along with the basil and strawberry ice cream. The owners were the perfect hosts. Worth the drive to feel the peace that surrounds this beautiful place.
